Lehigh Valley Health Network, proudly part of Jefferson Health, is offering a free 2-hour online class for patients with chronic pain. This class is only available to patients who receive care at Lehigh Valley Health Network/Jefferson Health and colleagues and their family members.

• Learn practical, easy-to-use pain relief techniques you can use right away.
• Receive a free binaural relaxation audio file.
• Create a personalized pain relief plan tailored to your needs.
• Have a friend or family member attend the class with you.

This class is open to all patients 18 years and older.
