I’m Still Standing - Fall Risk Prevention & Screening

LVPG Geriatric Medicine and LVHN Rehabilitation Services are partnering to bring you this program designed to educate and help decrease your risk for falls. Clinician will provide education about the dangers and risk factors of falls and how to prevent them. Then, physical therapists will be on site conducting balance screenings to determine whether you may benefit from a more in-depth assessment. Registration is required.
