Thank you for your interest in the Blue Envelope Program. Blue Envelopes are available at your local Lehigh County police department or at select LVPG practice locations.

If you are unable to receive a Blue Envelope from one of these locations, you are welcome to complete our online request form. Please allow two weeks for receipt and processing of your request. Blue Envelope Program materials will be distributed by mail.
