Meditation in Motion

LVHN Fitness and the Center for Mindfulness invite you to pause and unwind with a FREE mindful yoga class to practice meditation with movement.

A calming, centering movement practice combining gentle yoga postures and mindfulness meditation. This inclusive, accessible class emphasizes integrating mind, body, soul, and breath within a safe environment. Mindful movement can be a great way to check in with your body, let go of the day's distractions, and get moving in a way that can help lower stress, strengthen resilience, and boost energy.
