    A Matter of Balance Fall Prevention

    This fall prevention course is a partnership between Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg Trauma and Bethlehem Health Bureau. This series will be held at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.

  • A Matter of Balance is a FREE program designed to:

    • manage falls and reduce fall risks
    • increase activity levels
    • improve confidence
    • improve balance, flexibility and strength
